REFERRAL PROGRAM
If a referred candidate is new to our database and is placed through
the efforts of the Beacon Executive Recruiting Group, the individual
who made the referral will be paid a $2,500 bonus after the
person they referred has completed a 90-day employment period.
Certain Conditions and Requirements
will apply:
- The referred individual must be employed by their new employer for
at least 90 days following the referral in order for the referring
employee to be eligible to receive the referral award.
- Referred candidates must have a minimum of one full year of relevant
work experience.
- Referrals will expire 12 months after the date received by the
Beacon Executive Recruiting Group.
- To make a referral, simply complete and submit our Referral
Form.
- In instances where the same candidate is referred through more
than one source, the person making the initial referral will
be paid the award.
- Individuals to whom awards have been paid will be subject to all
tax laws and regulations, and will be issued a form 1099-MISC
at the end of the tax year.
Note: As hiring needs are
subject to change, the Beacon Executive Recruiting Group reserves
the right to temporarily modify or discontinue the program at
any time. To check the status of the program, you can
